Our Fees

The core of hibid is accessible without a fee. That means you can enter items, create bid sheets, track guests, run a slideshow, record cash donations, create an event page, offer online bidding, create tax receipts, run reports, enter payments, export your data, and more - all for no charge.

The only thing we charge for is processing online credit card payments in real time*.

* If you want to allow your guests to pay online for tickets, cash donations, or use the self-serve checkout we charge a 1% fee on top of the fee charged by the credit card processor. You have the option of adding our fee to the amount owing. Credit card payments are processed through Stripe. The money is deposited directly to your account, minus the fees. We do not store credit card information.
